1. No Cancellations

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

• We do not accommodate rescheduling requests.

2. No Refunds

• All payments made for our services are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for missed tours, no-shows, or any other circumstances.

3. Exceptions

• In rare cases where Campus Walk India cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer an alternative date at our sole discretion.
